When payment is made

Payment is made when you complete your purchase.

Delivery

As soon as your payment is complete, we email a link to download the PDF to the address you entered. The link works for 7 days after purchase, up to 5 downloads. If the link has expired, please contact us. We will check your purchase record and send you a new link.

Requirements

You need software that can open PDF files.

Returns and refunds

Because this is a digital product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If there is a problem with the file, we will resend your download link or send you a corrected file. For details, see our Refund Policy.
